It all starts out as a "normal" Halloween with the Eggheads trick-or-treating for candy around the neighborhood, but near the end of the night, they find themselves at the end of Pumpkin Lane in front of Old Man Skelly's Haunted House. Rumor has it that Old Man Skelly eats children, but he hasn't been seen in years.

Old Man Skelly cracked the bones in his cold hands as he stared out the dusty window. It had been years since anyone had dared to approach his door. Most people believed the house to be abandoned and haunted. Old Man Skelly chuckled at the thought of the house being abandoned as he watched the children step ever closer towards his front door...

The Eggheads glanced nervously around. Looking at the house was scary enough without it needing to be late at night on Halloween.

The door swung ajar seemingly of its own volition. The Eggheads jumped suddenly as Old Man Skelly came into view.
